Dr. V. Ravi Kumar possesses 35 years of work experience in corporate and academics. Worked in Chennai, Bangalore, and Coimbatore. He has a strong and credible record in marketing for 14 years having worked in companies like Gee Dee group, Modi Xerox Ltd., Kenstar Ltd., and BPL Ltd., His experience spans Direct selling, Channel management, Product launch, Brand management, Collection management, and Branch Administration. Was instrumental in the development of rural markets for consumer durable products and extensively involved in advertisement planning. His academic experience spans 21 years and credentials include a Ph.D. in Management (Research on Brand Equity). His subjects of interest include Brand Management, Services Marketing, Promotion Management, Retail Management. Was Board of Studies member for MBA of Bharathiar University. Organized value-added certificate courses for the institution, coordinated admission, and placement work. Has supervised 7 Ph.D. scholars in their Ph.D. work and completion. Has authored articles in national and international journals. Resides in Coimbatore. Interests includes listening to music and a very keen sports enthusiast.
Dr.M.Annapoorni has completed her Masters in Business Administration and her Doctorate in Organisational Commitment. She started her career with J Engineering Corporation as Administrative Officer and served for Five Years. She has served CMS Group of Institutions for Fifteen Years in various capacities. She is a specialist in Mentoring & Moulding Children. Her penchant for Networking has won her many hearts. She has visited Malaysia & Andaman. Her quest for quality led her being the Lead Implementer in IQAC & ISO Certification work. She was instrumental in establishing ICICI Learning Centre in CMS College and she was the Coordinator for IGNOU –PCL centre catering to over 600 Students. She has published Papers in International Journals of repute and believes in dissemination of Knowledge. Her passion for reading & latest updating is amazing. She has a keen eye for nurturing Startups in Campus.
Dr.S.Suganya has pursued her Masters in Business Administration and also in Finance & Control. She has done her doctorate in Finance. Her Special interests are Finance and Marketing. She has cleared the National Eligibility Test for Teachers in Management in 2012.She has a strong penchant for research in Digital Literacy & Financial Literacy. To her credit she has 11 Papers in International Journals of which 3 are published in AIMS Indian Business Management Journal. She has 15 Years of academic Expertise and has strong Analytical skills. Her classes are based on Psychological needs of Students. She has participated in 8 International Conferences and 6 National conferences.
An enthusiastic faculty with PhD in the area of Logistics and Masters in Shipping management. He did is Engineering in Computer science and pursued his further career in the field of logistics due to passion. He is a Chartered Member of CILT (UK) and an international trainer for Logistics programs. With more than 12 years of experience in both Industry and Academia, he is more passionate to contribute on latest technology in the field of Logistics & Shipping management. He has hands-on experience in software development, international logistics, shipping agency operations, Ro-Ro vessel operations, car exports & distribution, freight forwarding, shipping documentation, shipment planning and execution. His research interests are in the area of information technology in freight transportation, sustainable logistics and supply chain management. He has published more than ten papers and presented his work at national and international conferences.
Dr.M.Suresh has completed Masters in Business Administration, Master of Philosophy and Doctorate in Human Resource Management. In addition to that, he has completed Master of Tourism Management & Master of Science in Applied Psychology. He has Published many Papers in UGC listed Journals and International Journals. He has done research in Organisational culture, Employee Engagement, Employee loyalty etc., further, he has attended many Conferences, Seminars and Faculty Development Program in the reputed Institutions to enrich his knowledge. He is Passion about Teaching, Research & Dissemination of Knowledge to the Student Community.
She is a very senior academician specialized in finance. She has a total academic experience of 28 years. She has published papers in several International and National journals. She has also presented papers in many National and International conferences. She has produced to her credit 30 M.Phil and 12 Ph.D scholars as on date. She is a very senior academician with active role in Bharathiar University examiners panel, senate member and is a person with in depth knowledge of Finance subjects
A native of Calicut (Kozhikode),Kerala, had her formal education at Kendriya Vidyalaya,Calicut and a degree in Mathematics with distinction from University of Calicut. She had the honour of taking MBA degree with University merit scholarship as one of the fourth MBA batch of Calicut University. Her doctoral degree came in 2010 from Bharathiar University. In her teaching experience spanning over two decades , she has held several offices She has published several papers at the national and international level both in journals and at conferences. She was also the founder editor of the bi-annual in house journal of CMS Institute of Management Studies ‘The Eternal’: International Journal of Research in Management Studies ( ISSN:2348-6511). Her rich experience of international travel to countries like USA, Malaysia,Singapore and Dubai has greatly enriched the class interaction process. She currently holds several posts at the Bharathiar University,Coimbatore ,both academic and non academic. Her other achievements include publication of two books and peer review of the international edition of a marketing book for an established publishing house.

He has worked as a Senior Executive in multi national companies in UAE, and has been successful in Developing key accounts, Project management, Profit management, Operations, Strategy Development and Talent pool management. He is well trained in technology solutions in the US ,UK and Germany. He is specialized in teaching Marketing subjects.
